Everything else you might want to know

General

Vulse is an employee advocacy platform built specifically for LinkedIn. It helps teams create content in each person's own voice, schedule it, and measure the results using data from LinkedIn's official API. Companies use it to turn employees into credible voices for the brand, without every post sounding like the marketing department wrote it.

Employee advocacy is when your people share content about your company on their own social profiles, usually LinkedIn. It works because audiences trust individuals more than logos. In our analysis of 700 million LinkedIn impressions, content shared by employees earned up to 14 times more engagement than the same content posted by a company page.

Teams of one to several hundred. Marketing teams use it to extend brand reach, sales teams to build visibility with buyers before the first call, talent teams to show candidates the people behind the company, and founders to build a personal brand without hiring an agency.

Deliberately. Most advocacy tools push the same post to every network, which is a big part of why advocacy content gets ignored. LinkedIn is where B2B audiences actually are, so we went deep instead of wide: profile-level analytics, tone matching, and features built around how LinkedIn distributes content. Less breadth, considerably more depth.

Straight from LinkedIn. Vulse holds approved access to LinkedIn's Marketing Developer Platform, including profile-level analytics permissions, so your numbers are supplied by LinkedIn itself rather than scraped or estimated. That matters for accuracy, and for risk: scraping breaches LinkedIn's terms, and tools built that way have a habit of disappearing. Shield Analytics, which relied on unofficial access, ceased operating in 2025.

It did, twice. LinkedIn Elevate closed in December 2020, and the My Company tab with its employee advocacy analytics was retired in November 2024. The practice kept growing; the native measurement went away. That is the gap Vulse fills, using data supplied through LinkedIn's official API.

It depends on consistency more than anything else. Across 700 million impressions, accounts posting three or more times a week grew impressions by 32%, while sporadic posting did not produce the same effect. Most teams see engagement lift within the first month; compounding reach takes a quarter of steady posting. The full benchmark is published at vulse.co/employee-advocacy-statistics, free to read and cite.

It depends what you need. If LinkedIn is where your audience is and you want profile-level measurement built on official API data, that is the job Vulse was built for. We keep an honest comparison of the main platforms, including where Vulse is not the right choice.

Vulse was founded in Manchester in 2019 by Rob Illidge, after 18 years in social media running campaigns for brands including Disney, eBay and the NHS. The team has worked with LinkedIn's platform from day one, and Vulse is ranked the number one employee advocacy platform by The CMO.

Pricing & Billing

$18 per user per month for teams of 1 to 10, $14 for 11 to 49, $10 for 50 to 99, and $6 at 100 seats or more, billed annually. Monthly billing is $24, $19, $13 and $8. Every seat includes the full platform, onboarding and support. We publish pricing in full, which is rarer than it should be in this category.

The more seats, the lower the per-user price, and your band applies to every seat, not just the ones above the threshold. A 60-person team pays $10 per user across all 60. You pay for seats and nothing else: no platform fees, no workspace fees, no minimums.

Yes. The personal plan is $17 per month billed annually, or $21 monthly, with the full creation, scheduling and analytics toolkit for one profile. Founders and consultants often start here, then roll Vulse out to the wider team.

Everything. All features, all integrations, onboarding, training, and a named human contact from day one. We do not gate core features behind an enterprise tier: a five-person team gets the same platform as a five-hundred-person one, priced by seats alone.

Yes. Pricing is published in USD, GBP and EUR. The 1-to-10 band, for example, is $18, £16 or €16 per user per month billed annually, and you will see your currency at checkout.

Yes. Book a demo and we will walk through the platform against your own LinkedIn presence, or start a trial from the pricing page. Setup is same-day, and most teams are posting within their first week.

From your account settings, at any time. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, and if your team grows into a different band, the new per-seat rate applies from your next invoice.

Security & Data

Vulse is ISO/IEC 27001 certified and GDPR compliant, with access management and documented incident response processes. Teams in regulated industries choose Vulse specifically because the data arrives through official, approved LinkedIn access. Security documentation for procurement reviews is available on request.

Never. Everyone connects through LinkedIn's own official sign-in, so credentials stay with LinkedIn. Vulse only receives the permissions each person approves, and access can be revoked from LinkedIn's settings at any moment.

No. Nothing is published without the individual's approval. Employees connect their own profiles, see every draft, and control what goes out and when. Advocacy only works when people trust the tool, so consent is built into the workflow rather than bolted on.

You do. Content your team creates is yours, and because everything publishes natively to LinkedIn, your profiles, followers and posts stay with you regardless of whether you stay with us.

Getting Started

Setup is same-day, and most teams are posting within the first week. Onboarding and training are included on every plan. The honest constraint is not the software, it is cadence: the compounding in our data starts at three posts a week, so we help you build the habit, not just the account.

That is the most common blocker, and it is exactly what Theme Planner and the Weekly Content Engine exist for. Each person sets a few themes they want to be known for, Vulse delivers fresh ideas inside those themes every week, and Auto Create turns the chosen idea into a draft in their own voice.

Yes. Multi-profile management lets you switch between every personal profile and company page you look after from a single login, which is why agencies, executive teams and multi-brand groups use Vulse without juggling browser sessions.

They get it, but they rarely need much. If someone can write an email, they can use Vulse. The first draft already sounds like them thanks to tone matching, which is usually the moment the sceptics come around.
